This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants./ppPositions available: PT- 3rd shift 10:30p-7a/ppHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:/pulliAssist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents./liliResponsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident./liliProvide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies./liliProvide nursing care according to physicians orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies./liliEnsure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines./li/ulpHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:/pulliCurrent nursing license valid in state worked/liliPrevious experience working with the senior population/li/ulpIf youre an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, wed love to get to know you!
