Description Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins is currently seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to customers Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers Generate sales opportunities by developing relationships with customers by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies. As well as following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends Meet and exceed sales targets and goals Process necessary paperwork and close deals Requirements Proven track record of success in automotive sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Customer service oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Self-motivated and independent worker who can work with minimal supervision Vin Solutions / Automate a plus We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and commission, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
