Position Summary The Alternative Funds Administration Team is seeking a detail oriented Senior Fund Operations Analyst with 2-5 years’ working experience supporting hedge funds and private equity operations, to fill a role in our Baltimore office. Strong understanding of fund structures, NAV calculations and reconciliation processes are key requirements. Essential Functions / Responsibilities Review daily and monthly NAV calculations performed by fund administrator for hedge funds, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Assist with investor allocations, subscriptions, and redemptions. Cayman, Bermuda or any offshore funds jurisdictional experience. Experience with multi series fund of funds with complex redemption scheduling and cash management. Collaborate with Client Service Teams and Portfolio Managers to manage investor interests as part of the subscriptions process. Manage communications with service providers, including fund administrators, custodians, and auditors. Collaborate closely with the investment team on the ongoing management of investments and the launch of new strategies. Support internal groups involved in hedge funds, Private Equity investments, such as legal, tax, accounting, reporting, and compliance. Implement process and procedure improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 2-5 years’ working experience preferred Hedge Fund Operations experience SmartSheet experience a plus Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Highly organized and detail oriented Superior analytical, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills Strong background in math and computer use, ability to do manual calculations Superior written and oral communication skills Ability to handle confidential material with utmost discretion Ability to work independently and efficiently on several assignments simultaneously Experience working in a collaborative team environment Ability to work in the Baltimore office location Certifications (Optional) CPA Level Salary Ranges MD Salary Range: $80 - $105k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long term incentive eligibility (if applicable). DC Salary Range: $88 - $115k. Commensurate with experience and location.
