Associate Dean of Nursing, Academic Affairs

Chamberlain University seeks an Associate Dean of Nursing, Academic Affairs for the Daytime Program. In this leadership role, you will oversee curriculum delivery, faculty performance, and student academic outcomes for pre-licensure nursing programs. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance, leading assessment and continuous improvement efforts, mentoring faculty, and fostering an inclusive, student-centered culture. You will collaborate with campus and national leaders to align programs with industry standards, integrate evidence-based teaching, support NCLEX success, and advance Chamberlain’s mission of preparing compassionate, practice-ready nurses.
