Overview Join to apply for the Data, AI & Cloud Governance Junior Consultant - Onsite role at MillenniumSoft Inc Title: Data, AI & Cloud Governance Junior Consultant Location: Philadelphia, PA or New York, NY C2C Job Description Drive development and implementation of comprehensive Data, Cloud, and AI Management Frameworks, monitor and enforce compliance of related policies & standards, and improve quality and protection of sensitive data and information assets, including newly integrated entities from acquisitions. Responsibilities Drive Implementation Of Integrated Data, Cloud, And AI Governance Frameworks, with focus on interoperability across legacy and acquired systems Data quality improvement and sensitive data protection Cloud data security and compliance Responsible AI development and deployment Cross-border data transfer compliance Integration of governance frameworks during M&A activities Deliver post-acquisition integration of data governance frameworks, ensuring seamless alignment of policies, standards, and practices across merged entities Demonstrate exceptional technical expertise in modern data management and governance tools Cloud governance and security frameworks AI/ML model governance and risk management Data privacy and protection regulations Automation of governance activities Integration of disparate governance systems Contribute to multiple concurrent strategic initiatives while maintaining operational excellence Develop and implement comprehensive governance metrics and monitoring systems across data, cloud, and AI domains Create and execute strategic roadmaps for governance tool development and implementation Partner with business units to ensure governance frameworks enable innovation Data Platform Migration Project Management: drive end-to-end project management of complex data platform migrations Legacy system assessment and documentation Migration strategy development and execution Risk assessment and mitigation planning Budget management and resource allocation Timeline development and milestone tracking Stakeholder communication and alignment Oversee technical aspects of platform migrations: data mapping and transformation requirements, data quality validation, performance testing, security and access control, integration testing, cutover planning Manage migration-specific activities: coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Business, Security, Compliance), develop detailed project plans and track progress, establish migration success criteria and KPIs, create migration documentation, design training programs, manage vendor relationships and deliverables Qualifications / Required Skills Proven experience in implementing enterprise-wide governance structures Experience with data quality improvement and sensitive data protection Knowledge of cloud data security and compliance Experience with responsible AI development and deployment Understanding of cross-border data transfer compliance Experience with post-acquisition data governance integration Strong understanding of modern data management and governance tools Familiarity with AI/ML model governance and risk management Awareness of data privacy regulations Ability to automate governance activities Ability to manage complex data platform migrations and cross-functional coordination Additional Information Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Industries: Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr MillenniumSoft Inc
