Connections Mental Health is a licensed residential mental health facility specializing in treating individuals with co-occurring psychiatric disorders. Our programming includes gender-specific and co-ed group therapy, individual therapy, and comprehensive case management, delivered with professionalism, heart, and purpose.

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. If you're passionate about helping others, thrive in a collaborative setting, and are skilled in evidence-based modalities, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual therapy and lead 1–2 therapy groups weekly .

• Maintain a caseload of 6 clients , ensuring personalized care and attention.

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Use therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic approaches , family systems , CBT , and DBT .

• Document all services in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

• Collaborate with clinical team and coordinate with community resources.

• Perform risk assessments , utilization reviews , and offer crisis intervention as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field (required).

• Registered with the BBS (ACSW, AMFT, APCC, etc. required).

• Experience with mental health treatment (1+ year preferred).

• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care.

• Familiarity with EMR documentation and compliance standards.

• A team player with empathy, integrity , and strong clinical skills .
