Our client is seeking a Manager, Global Integrated Campaigns to support the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale global marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment and enjoys bringing structure, organization, and operational excellence to complex marketing programs.

This position serves as a key partner to campaign leaders and stakeholders across Product Marketing, Creative, Content, Social, Paid Media, and other marketing functions. The successful candidate will help ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, effectively communicated, and successfully launched across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
• Manage campaign calendars, timelines, launches, and key milestones across multiple stakeholders
• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Creative, Content, Social, Paid Media, Localization, and other cross-functional teams
• Coordinate campaign launch meetings, status updates, stakeholder communications, and post-launch reviews
• Develop and maintain playbooks, templates, onboarding materials, SOPs, and best practices
• Prepare leadership communications, presentations, meeting agendas, and project updates
• Track deliverables, action items, and stakeholder feedback to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency across the marketing organization
• Maintain campaign documentation and enablement resources to support consistency and scalability

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, program management, or related marketing functions
• Demonstrated success supporting marketing campaigns within a large, global B2B organization
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience developing processes, templates, playbooks, documentation, or enablement resources
• Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience

• Enterprise technology or SaaS industry experience
• Marketing operations, campaign operations, or program management background
• Experience supporting global marketing programs
• Familiarity with CRM, reporting, project management, and collaboration tools
• Experience with campaign performance reporting and marketing analytics
