Environmental Health & Safety Manager

Altamira Material Solutions seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead EHS programs for our advanced metal matrix composite manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you will own site safety, environmental compliance, and health initiatives, partnering closely with engineering and production teams. Key responsibilities include managing OSHA and EPA compliance, conducting risk assessments and audits, leading incident investigations, and developing targeted safety training. You will track EHS metrics, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen a proactive safety culture in a high-tech, fast-growing manufacturing environment.
