Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze construction schedules and support project controls for medium to large construction projects. The Scheduler will create realistic, resource-loaded schedules, perform time impact and delay analyses, and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and effective risk management. Proficiency in P6/Primavera and PSP and a strong background in construction planning are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and PSP, ensuring schedules are resource-loaded and logic-driven.
• Create baseline schedules, weekly/monthly progress updates, and recovery schedules as required.
• Perform Time Impact Analyses and delay analysis to assess impacts of changes, disruptions, and claims.
• Integrate schedule data with project controls systems to support cost and progress forecasting.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to gather planning inputs and communicate schedule impacts and changes.
• Prepare clear, concise schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and client review.
• Validate schedule logic, activity durations, milestones, and constraints to ensure schedule quality and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Support change management by evaluating schedule implications of proposed scope changes and preparing supporting documentation for claims and extensions of time.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures to minimize delays.
• Assist in project planning workshops and pre-construction planning sessions to establish realistic sequencing and phasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on scheduling experience in construction or engineering projects, including commercial or infrastructure programs.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 (scheduling, resource and cost loading) and experience with PSP or equivalent planning tools.
• Strong knowledge of project controls principles, earned value concepts, and schedule performance measurement.
• Proven experience performing Time Impact Analysis, delay/forensic schedule analysis, and preparing schedule-based claims support.
• Familiarity with construction methods, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience producing clear reports and presentations.
• Certifications such as PMI-SP, AACE PSP, or equivalent are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
