What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating & air conditioning systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Clearly explain repair options to customers
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
• Represent Xtraire with professionalism and pride

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (Required)
• OSHA Certification (Required)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Clean, valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work independently while supporting the team
