This role is essential to the smooth operation of our store, involving the intake, sorting, tagging, and pricing of donated items. The Stockroom Associate ensures that merchandise is efficiently processed and restocked on the sales floor, while also maintaining a clean and organized backroom environment. This position also includes occasional customer assistance and support on the sales floor.Key Responsibilities:Receive and process incoming donations with care and efficiency.Sort, tag, and price items accurately according to store guidelines.Restock merchandise on the sales floor and ensure displays are neat and organized.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and donation intake area.Assist customers on the sales floor as needed with a friendly and helpful attitude.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.Represent Cornerstone Support Services with professionalism and a commitment to our mission.Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred but not required.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.Commitment to the mission and values of Cornerstone Support Services.Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven organization that gives back to the community.Work in a supportive, purpose-filled environment.Gain valuable experience in retail and nonprofit operations.Make a difference every day.
