About This Role The RN - Med/Surg Float Pool position at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is responsible for providing patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring high standards of healthcare through skilled nursing expertise and patient advocacy. Highlights Pay: $40 - $67.87/hour Location: Dover, NH Facility: Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Schedule: Per Diem, Rotating What You'll Do Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist in treatments and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions. Uphold infection control measures to ensure a safe clinical environment. Respond efficiently and effectively to emergent situations, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
