Highlights Pay : $32.29 - $62.57/Hourly Location : Dover, NH Facility : Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Schedule : Full-Time, Night shift Sign-On Bonus : $5,000 available for Full-time and Part-time positions What You'll Do Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records. Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Requirements Education : Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience : Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required Licenses & Certifications : Current RN License in New Hampshire required BLS certification required ACLS preferred NRP preferred PALS preferred Benefits 5-6:1 RN ratio for med/surg telemetry patients Designated clinical educator and a house wide night shift clinical educator Day/Night Clinical practice leader Clinical coach 7 nights/week Resource RN with minimal patient assignment Designated LNA's per shift Self-scheduling Opportunity for $8/hr night shift and $4/hr weekend differential with every other weekend commitment About Mass General Brigham Mass General Brigham is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
