Sr. Marketing Strategy Analyst
Intuitive Surgical
Senior Marketing Strategy Analyst role supporting marketing leadership at a medical device company. The position involves analyzing complex business data, developing strategic insights to inform campaign decisions, and leveraging SQL and Tableau to build analytical solutions that drive procedure growth.
Responsibilities
- Own analytics for marketing campaigns including dashboard creation and weekly performance reporting
- Monitor competitive landscape and market positioning to inform strategic business decisions
- Build and maintain scalable SQL and Tableau dashboards to enhance business insights
- Present data-driven recommendations and strategic positions to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning for Global Marketing
Requirements
- 5+ years of analytical experience in relevant field
- Advanced SQL proficiency for data querying and manipulation
- Advanced Tableau proficiency for visualization and dashboard development
- Strong problem-solving ability with capacity to translate complex information into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, business, finance, marketing, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail
- Self-directed approach to identifying solutions and sharing knowledge proactively
