Sr Sales Strategy Analyst, US Key Accounts
Intuitive Surgical
Senior Sales Strategy Analyst supporting US Key Accounts commercial leadership at a medical device company. This analytical role involves defining performance metrics, delivering data-driven insights to executives, and mentoring junior analysts to drive technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of complex business problems and deliver strategic insights to executive leadership
- Serve as strategic advisor to US Key Account Vice Presidents on analytics and business strategy
- Design and build scalable dashboards, models, and analytical tools for commercial effectiveness
- Own quarterly executive reporting packages and sales performance reports end-to-end
- Mentor analyst peers on methodology and analytical best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in business intelligence, sales operations, consulting, or related analytical role
- Strong problem-solving and ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
- Proven independent ownership of initiatives from conception through delivery
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization and SQL querying
- Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholder influence
- Bachelor's degree
- Tableau and SQL experience preferred
