Attorney (Pennsylvania license REQ.; West Viriginia license PREF.)

Willman & Silvaggio, LLP, a mid-sized Pittsburgh based law firm with an excellent reputation as a leader in Toxic Tort , Product Lability , Insurance Defense and General liability matters, is in search of a full time Associate Attorney to join our distinguished defense litigation team, with a primary focus on asbestos litigation .

*The ideal candidate will*:

* Possess a strong interest in litigation including deposition and oral argument participation

* Be capable of efficiently managing assignments/cases and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, professional environment

* Have a proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications

* Have an active Pennsylvania Bar admission; West Virginia admittance a plus

*Have deposition, oral argument, and trial experience (a plus but not necessary)

*Have a commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism

*Be willing and able to work cooperatively, as well as independently

*Have strong writing, as well as fact and legal research skills
