Special Education Teacher
Anticipated 2026-2027 School Year Location: KVC Academy – Columbia, MO Salary: $41,000 - $70,000 annually (Based on education and years of experience)
Job Summary As a Special Education Teacher at KVC Academy, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing high-quality education and support to students in a nurturing environment that emphasizes both learning and healing. Education: Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
Licensure/Certification:
- Missouri Teaching License (preferred)
- Special Education Certification; Learning Behavior Specialist Endorsement (preferred)
- Ability to obtain a Missouri Substitute Teaching Certificate within 30 days of hire*
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old to apply
- Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance
