Job TitleWork on projects as assigned by the Leadership TeamSubmit utility paperwork to respective utility portalCommunicate with customers regarding consumption (bills), and other individuals to resolve concerns, explain information, take orders and address complaintsProcess paperworkMonitor and communicate with Utility Engineers to address project correctionsAdditional responsibilities, as neededEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office and ADPProficient in use of email and internetGood numerical skillsFast keyboard skillsKnowledge of administrative proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalentKEY COMPETENCIES:Organizational and planningTime management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and accuracyProblem-solvingTeamworkStrong communication skills - verbal and writtenConfidentiality
