As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and associates. You will provide exceptional service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.36 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 01:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sun 01:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe for suspicious activity, policy violations, or potential hazards, documenting and reporting observations as required. Support a welcoming retail environment by providing directions, assisting with customer concerns, and maintaining a professional presence. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
