Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify mental health concerns and create individualized treatment plans that are in line with evidence-based practices.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methods tailored to client needs.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and data security.

• Collaborating with educational staff and other mental health professionals to coordinate interdisciplinary treatment approaches, advocating for clients' mental health needs.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss treatment efficacy and enhance the quality of care.

• Providing support and educational resources to families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Upset Therapy, you will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.
