Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Medford, MA or Norwood, MA

Onsite: 4 days onsite, 1 day per week remote. Free parking onsite, T accessible, and building has shuttle from T to building (Medford). Plenty of parking for Norwood.

Duration: Open to temp to perm or directly perm

Pay rate: $60-80k depending on experience

Must have: 4+ Years AP Experience. High volume (4-5k invoices a month as a group, group 5-6 people). 3 way matching, and coding (problem-solving, pick-up phone and call group if coding is off).

Job Description: Full cycle accounts payable including 3-way matching and high volume. Requires great communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities:

• Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
• Process expense reports from employees
• Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner
• Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies
