• Support overall insurance and claims operations with administrative coordination

• Prior experience in insurance followup, claims coordination, or related administrative work
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending followup communications
• Ability to manage multiple open items and deadlines
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working onsite daily
