Compensation: $48,000 – $196,000+ per year (performance-based)

Responsibilities

1. Work Zillow Preferred Seller opportunities and team-generated leads
2. Serve buyer clients while actively transitioning into seller conversations
3. Run appointments with coaching and structured support
4. Develop listing skills through real-world experience
5. Collaborate with experienced agents and leadership

Requirements

1. Active Connecticut real estate license (required)
2. Current experience working with buyer clients
3. Coachable, self-motivated, and open to accountability
4. Eager to grow into a listings-based business with team support

Compensation Benefits

1. $48,000 – $196,000+ annually
2. Commission + performance bonuses
