We are seeking a skilled Barista/Manager to oversee daily coffee shop operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a balance of hands-on coffee preparation and effective staff management to ensure smooth cafe functionality and outstanding product quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and other beverages to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries
- Manage cash register and ensure accurate cash handling
- Control inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train and develop barista team members
- Maintain quality assurance on products and service
- Handle order management and supply logistics
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in coffee service
- Strong customer service skills
- Cash handling proficiency
- Inventory management experience
- Ability to supervise and manage staff
- Effective time management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance
- Clear and effective communication abilities
