Hire Type : Contract with potential to convert
Compensation : $38-45/hr

Overview:
We are seeking a Contract Sourcing Specialist to support end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring supply continuity, accurate purchasing execution, and timely delivery of materials and services critical to production.


Job Duties:

• Support sourcing activities including RFQs, pricing analysis, bid comparisons, and supplier evaluations.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, contracts, and ongoing communication for orders, pricing, and delivery updates.
• Maintain purchase orders, procurement records, ERP data, and sourcing documentation.
• Track supplier performance and support issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Assist with inventory support, expediting materials, and resolving invoice or order discrepancies.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to support production needs and new product introductions.
• Prepare sourcing reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems required.
• Strong Excel, communication, and organizational skills.
• Manufacturing experience; dental/medical device experience preferred.
