About the Opportunity


LHH Recruitment is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established firm specializing in architecture and construction. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic business growth, proposal management, marketing coordination, and relationship-building activities to support their continued growth and client engagement initiatives.


Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will serve as a key ambassador for the organization, helping drive brand awareness, strengthen client relationships, coordinate business opportunities, and support strategic growth initiatives. This position is ideal for a polished, outgoing professional who enjoys balancing client engagement, proposal development, marketing support, and administrative coordination.

What You'll Do:

Business Development & Client Engagement

• Represent the organization at networking events, industry functions, and business development activities.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective and existing commercial clients.
• Support strategic growth initiatives alongside executive leadership.
• Assist with client outreach, follow-up communications, and relationship management efforts.
• Serve as a professional and engaging external representative of the organization.

Proposal & Opportunity Management

• Coordinate the development, editing, proofreading, and submission of client proposals and presentations.
• Create polished, professional proposal packages for prospective projects.
• Track incoming opportunities and maintain proposal schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information required for proposal responses.
• Support pipeline management activities and maintain accurate opportunity records.

Marketing & Brand Visibility

• Manage website content updates and ensure information remains accurate and current.
• Oversee social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, company communications, and brand messaging.
• Support efforts that enhance company visibility and market presence.

CRM & Administrative Coordination

• Maintain client and opportunity information within CRM systems.
• Track business development activities, pipeline progress, and reporting metrics.
• Support leadership with administrative coordination related to growth initiatives.
• Prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing, sales, project and/or administrative coordination.
• Experience editing, writing, proofreading, or managing professional business documents, proposals, presentations, or client-facing materials.
• Experience with social media management, website content updates, and digital content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with clients, executives, and external stakeholders.
• Confident, outgoing, and relationship-oriented personality.
• Experience using a CRM platform to manage contacts, opportunities, or client records.

Preferred

• Experience in the AEC industry (architecure, engineering and construction)
• Salesforce experience.
• Proposal writing and proposal coordination experience.
• Business development, account management, client success, or relationship management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or similar.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
