Inside Sales Rep (Hybrid)

Sales Professional Opportunity

This position involves enhancing the sales team by focusing on pricing, quotations, and customer orders while fostering long-term relationships with clients. The role exists to transform customer interest into completed sales orders and contribute to seamless operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer questions and requests promptly through phone and email channels
• Prepare accurate quotes and manage follow-up communications
• Transform customer interest into completed sales orders
• Deliver knowledgeable technical assistance on products
• Manage full order lifecycle, including returns, credits, adjustments, and scrap processing
• Track stock levels and proactively alert stakeholders to potential shortages or concerns
• Handle and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Identify and grow opportunities with emerging and strategic accounts
• Partner closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
• Stay informed on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends

Minimum Requirements:

• 510 years of proven inside sales experience
• Strong computer and systems proficiency
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or comparable professional experience
• Excellent negotiation and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in industrial products or value-added solutions

Work Environment:

• Occasional travel may be required
