Lead Barista

Role Description

You are an amazing Shift lead. You lead by example!

Being a shift lead is more than just being an amazing barista, you lead your coworkers. This is a huge step and requires great skills. Leadership, humility, empathy, sympathy, and love for what you do.

Job Duties

• Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
• Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages as well as various sweet offerings, in accordance to established service standards (i.e. coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, pastries).
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain store.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed.
• Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicate shortages as necessary.
• Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings.
• Receive, unload, and distribute deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: Starts at $15/h plus instant cash tips after every shift and credit card tips on your payckech
