A prestigious multinational company specializing in warehouse project management is seeking a Temporary Full-Time Forklift Scissor Operator for a warehouse of one of the largest retail e-commerce companies. This is a 1-week assignment is located in the Tulare vecinity, in Visalia, CA
- Starting Date: ASAP
- Pay Rate: $22 per hour
- Shift 8AM to 5PM (8 hours shift)
- Break: 1-hour unpaid
Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble workstations, furniture modules, and related accessories
- Pack, organize, and sort materials required for the setup of a new delivery center
- Operate the Scissor lift as needed
- Anchor and secure racking systems to ensure safety and stability
- Remove and scrape floor tape as part of layout adjustments
- Assemble wooden tables and other support structures
- Operate basic power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Performing work in compliance with safety procedures and the code of conduct
- Valid Scissor lift License
- Be willing to go through a background check and safety training
- Good sight and hearing abilities
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must have your own PPE: helmet, steel toe shoes and safety vest
- Team player, able to cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Able to follow instructions and perform different general labor duties as assigned
- Must be committed to remaining at the job for the duration of the project.
