That means managing accuracy, forecasting demand, reducing waste, and leading your team like a well-oiled machine. This role requires someone who’s run inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re still learning the ropes, you’ll want to keep us on your radarYour Responsibilities (If You’re Good Enough to Take It):• Own the entire inventory lifecycle — no babysitting needed• Keep stock accurate through smart systems, spot checks, and usage analysis• Forecast what’s coming so we’re never short, and never overstocked• Be the bridge between purchasing and production — timing is everything• Use our ERP (and your brain) to find waste, cut it, and speed things up• Mentor your inventory control team and build a culture of pride and precision• Recommend changes, own the process, and drive measurable improvementsWhat We’re Looking For (Let’s Be Honest):• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience• 3–5+ years of manufacturing inventory management (cabinet industry = huge bonus)• 1–2+ years leading people or processes — we need a driver, not a passenger• ERP experience a must (NetSuite, Epicor, SAP, etc.)• Excel wizardry (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, inventory audits, the whole deal).• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methods — or just really good common senseAbout The CompanyAt Wisenbaker, we don’t just support the homebuilding industry, we help build it from the ground up.
