Technical Recruiter

Our client, a finance firm based in NYC, is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support their growing hiring needs. This is a contract role requiring 3 days per week in the office in NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing through offer stage.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple platforms and recruiting channels.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and gather feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience while ensuring an efficient and organized recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, including engineering, IT, or related positions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Experience supporting hiring within financial services is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams.
