IT Support Specialist

About the Role Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support for desktop hardware, software and local IT infrastructure Install, configure, image, test and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals Respond to and prioritize user requests for hardware, software, networking, telecommunications and audio-visual support Support mobile devices including iPhones and iPads Document and track incidents and requests in ServiceNow and coordinate with resolver teams and vendors as needed Maintain asset inventory, licensing records and supporting warranty and repair processes Support remote connectivity, basic printer and copier maintenance and video conferencing equipment Act as site hands and eyes for IT and vendor teams when required, including support for server and network activities Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or a related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience At least 1+ year of experience delivering desktop or end user support services Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience supporting users in an Active Directory environment Customer focused mindset with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team Preferred Skills Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA A+ or similar are preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential Careers
