Job Description Federally Qualified Health Center is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an outpatient primary care setting located in the Northern California area! Company Founded in the early 1970s this health center provides responsive, preventive, high quality primary care services through a variety of healing disciplines to all people without regard to social or economic status This group offers a great opportunity to work with a complex patient population ranging from peds to geriatrics in a full scope outpatient setting which also includes womens health and OB Benefit and Features Competitive salary, depending on experience - possible sign on bonus Opportunity for productivity bonuses Comprehensive benefits package including loan repayment, moving expense reimbursement, and 4% retirement match Sick and vacation time + paid holidays Your Role with the Company Full‑time, 4 day work week, rotating call schedule (phone only) FNP/PA will be seeing patient ranging from peds to geriatrics - 17‑19 patients per day Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will be involved in the full scope of care including procedures such as LARC insertion, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, d&c, skin biopsy, trigger point injection, and aspiration Advance Practice Provider also has the opportunity to work perform ultrasounds for first trimester scans, third trimester scans, AFI and NST Background Profile Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP or Physician Assistant/PA About the Area Redway is located 2.25 miles northwest of Garberville in Southern Humboldt. Home of the world renowned Mateel Community Center sharing 30 years of art, music and dance. Redway is also set along the Eel River, with swimming holes and fishing spots enjoy the outdoors with easy access to conveniences.
