We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Hospice Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and the families we serve. Your focus will be on building trusted partnerships, increasing awareness of our hospice services, and ensuring patients receive compassionate, timely end‑of‑life care. Primary Responsibilities Generate appropriate patient referrals and admissions from assigned accounts. Consistently grow referral and admission volumes by establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with referral sources within the community. Prioritize patient needs above all else, serving as the front line for Envision’s account care and patient satisfaction. Balance the dual priorities of business growth and exceptional patient experience. Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources including: Physicians and physician clinics Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Assisted and Independent Living Facilities Hospital personnel including case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources Maintain strong market awareness while promoting the company’s services and reputation as the optimal choice for hospice care within Envision’s service area. Represent Envision Hospice and its services in a professional, knowledgeable, and responsive manner. Maintain high standards of customer service while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations and guidelines. Participate in a weekend on‑call rotation to coordinate and manage incoming weekend referrals and ensure timely response. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare experience. One (1) to two (2) years of marketing experience in hospice; or Two (2) to five (5) years of healthcare marketing experience, including knowledge of hospice services and the ability to educate referral sources on appropriate timing for hospice referrals and available clinical support. Demonstrated experience building and maintaining professional relationships with referral sources, healthcare partners, or community organizations. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and use sound judgment in decision‑making. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience promoting or marketing services in a healthcare setting preferred. Working knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and compliance standards, or the ability to learn. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications.
