Sterile Processing OR Equipment Coordinator

Northwestern Medicine

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to lead daily OR and Sterile Processing operations, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will assign staff, oversee instrument processing and inventory, coordinate with OR and vendors, and mentor teammates to support continuous improvement. The role requires CBSPD or IAHCSMM certification, 5+ years in Sterile Processing, knowledge of surgical instrumentation, and strong communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northwestern Medicine
