What You Will Do

• Serve as a key point of contact for prospective and current clients by answering questions, guiding lease options, and delivering a high-touch experience
• Support the full leasing lifecycle, including preparing, executing, and maintaining lease agreements
• Assist with negotiating lease terms for new and renewing clients
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless space delivery
• Schedule and lead tours, walkthroughs, and client meetings
• Maintain accurate lease data, track critical dates, and ensure billing and contract details are precise
• Manage and update databases and client files with a strong focus on accuracy
• Participate in marketing initiatives and events to support business growth
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and enhance the client experience

What You Bring

• 2+ years of administrative, leasing, or related experience (or a degree in a related field)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Basic math and accounting skills
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent follow-through
• U.S. Citizenship required to meet federal government regulations

Great to Have

• Experience with Rent Manager or Pipedrive
• Government contracting or SCIF knowledge
• Commercial or multi-client leasing experience
• Background in real estate or property management

Work Environment

• Primarily indoor, office-based work across multiple locations
