In this role, you will be at the center of client engagement, coordinating leases, supporting the company’s objectives, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care.

What You Will Do
- Serve as a key point of contact for prospective and current clients by answering questions, guiding lease options, and delivering a high-touch experience
- Support the full leasing lifecycle, including preparing, executing, and maintaining lease agreements
- Assist with negotiating lease terms for new and renewing clients
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless space delivery
- Schedule and lead tours, walkthroughs, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate lease data, track critical dates, and ensure billing and contract details are precise
- Manage and update databases and client files with a strong focus on accuracy
- Participate in marketing initiatives and events to support business growth
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and enhance the client experience

What You Bring
- 2+ years of administrative, leasing, or related experience (or a degree in a related field)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic math and accounting skills
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent follow-through
- U.S. Citizenship required to meet federal government regulations
Great to Have
- Experience with Rent Manager or Pipedrive
- Government contracting or SCIF knowledge
- Commercial or multi-client leasing experience
- Background in real estate or property management
Work Environment
- Primarily indoor, office-based work across multiple locations
