The primary function of this position is to utilize your MBA experience to provide strategic insight on current company operations, providing improved plans to different departments, and shadowing a Founder. This role has the ability to influence departments and processes./ppAn ideal candidate will have an interest in the Tech space, video games, crypto, and new ventures. Lastly we are looking for someone that is detail oriented, descriptive and clear with their writing, ability to move at a fast pace, and that has graduated from a full-time MBA program. Travel is also a requirement (domestic and international)./ppThis role is onsite based at Sherman Oaks, CA HQ./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliMaintain constant communication with key stakeholders and various members of staff across all ecosystem companies/liliDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols/liliIncrease the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys internal capacity/liliEnsure that operational activities remain consistent, routinely upheld and always applicable/liliAble to identify partnership strategies and executes on viable plans/liliTrack staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed/liliMotivates the teams with a focus on results and in a manner that drives employee engagement/liliLead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution/liliManage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, change course when applicable, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent internal infrastructure of communication/liliServe as a conduit of information from corporate to the field/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ullistrongMBA from a top tier university/strong/liliSkilled at creating, analyzing, and managing project operational manuals/liliProficient in project management applications such as Atlassian, Google Suite, Trello and Miro/lilistrongA firm understanding or willingness to gain understanding of the video game and web3 sector in which our organization operates/strong/liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills/lilistrongForward-thinking mindset, strategic experience, and planning skills/strong/liliLeadership potential and excellent relationship-building abilities/liliStrong presentation and public speaking skills/liliGoal-driven, organized, and efficient in their work/liliExperience with an entrepreneurial organization (preferred)/lili3+ years of progressive work experience (preferred)/lilistrongTravel up to 35% (domestic and international.)/strong/li/ul/div
