As a Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of commercial projects. This role requires extensive experience in commercial remodeling and ground up commercial construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects. You will be expected to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Learn more about us at Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring all tasks are executed safely and in accordance with the project plan and quality standards Coordinate construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects without compromising quality Lead and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, tradespeople, and construction teams ensuring effective communication and collaboration Regularly inspecting ongoing work, ensuring adherence to architectural and engineering specifications - Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all on‑site personnel Address any on‑site issues, discrepancies, or unforeseen challenges promptly and effectively Act as the main point of contact on‑site for clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns Maintain accurate records of construction progress, including daily reports, equipment logs, and personnel records Quickly address and resolve on‑site issues such as delays, supply shortages, or design changes, minimizing disruption to the project timeline From time to time complete some onsite work Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred 3+ years' experience as a construction superintendent or similar role in commercial construction In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles specifically for ground up new commercial construction projects OSHA 30-hour certification, First Aid/CPR, and other relevant certifications are highly preferred Proven ability to manage and lead diverse teams across multiple locations, ensuring project goals are met with high standards Proficient in construction management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and blueprint reading Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail Salary and Benefits Full time position Starting salary at $85,000 - $95,000per year, commensurate with experience 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Paid Time Off Health Insurance with employer contributions Profit Sharing opportunities Ready to lead and make a mark in a company committed to quality and collaboration?
