DESCRIPTION We're looking for an enthusiastic barista to join our growing team at The Human Bean! Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers, in accordance with customer requests
- Follow proper payment handling procedures
- Keep location inviting and clean
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Fun and welcoming team-oriented environment
- Wage incentives
- Opportunities to grow professionally within our company
- Prior experience as a barista is admired, but not required
- Exhibit good manners, neat appearance, and proper personal hygiene
- Ability to work flexible hours
- An outgoing personality with good verbal communication and basic math skills
