Swift Print Communications is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who understands the commercial printing industry process from customer inquiry through estimating, production, finishing, and delivery, not just general customer service. This is not a Sales Position, this is Sales Support. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers under an assigned sales representative. 
• Review and enter customer requirements preparing accurate order and work order job specifications. Identify and note potential issues on orders and work orders before production. 
• Work closely with Production, Sales, Prepress, and Shipping to ensure jobs move smoothly through the plant. 
• Monitor jobs from initial order through completion and delivery. 
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly. 

What We’re Looking For 

Required: 

• Previous experience in commercial printing. 
• CSR or customer service experience within a print environment with understanding of printing processes, paper, presswork, finishing, and mailing. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Highly Preferred: 

• Experience with Avanti Slingshot and MIS Systems is helpful but not required. 
• Strong knowledge of offset and digital printing, bindery, finishing, mailing, and fulfillment. 

The Ideal Candidate can walk onto our production floor and understand what is happening. You should be comfortable, working with our production team, and understanding how paper, quantity, size, color, finishing, turnaround, and mailing affect the final price and production schedule.
