Regal Edge Painting LLC is looking for a highly skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented Experienced Painter with at least 1–2 years of professional painting experience. The ideal candidate should be confident in both interior and exterior painting, have strong surface preparation skills, and be capable of producing clean, high-quality finishes on residential and commercial projects.

This position is for someone who takes pride in their work, understands professional job site standards, and can work efficiently while maintaining excellent craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

The Experienced Painter will be expected to perform a wide range of painting and finishing tasks, including:

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting
• Inspect surfaces for damage, imperfections, peeling paint, cracks, holes, stains, mildew, or other issues
• Patch holes, repair minor drywall imperfections, sand surfaces, and complete basic surface corrections
• Caulk gaps, cracks, trim, baseboards, windows, doors, siding joints, and other areas as needed
• Apply primer, paint, stain, sealers, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Cut clean lines around ceilings, trim, doors, windows, fixtures, and edges
• Roll walls, ceilings, siding, trim, doors, decks, fences, and other surfaces with even coverage
• Paint trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinets, doors, shutters, fascia, soffits, and other detailed surfaces
• Perform proper masking, taping, covering, and protection of floors, furniture, fixtures, landscaping, windows, and surrounding property
• Set up and break down job sites professionally and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project
• Follow company procedures for quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Use ladders, extension ladders, scaffolding, sprayers, sanders, and other painting equipment safely
• Identify and communicate job site issues to the crew leader or project manager
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
• Assist with final touch-ups, walkthroughs, and quality inspections
• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude on every job site

Required Skills and Experience

Qualified candidates should have:

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional painting experience
• Strong knowledge of interior and exterior painting methods
• Ability to properly prep surfaces before applying coatings
• Experience with brush, roller, and spray applications
• Ability to cut straight, clean lines
• Understanding of paint types, primers, stains, finishes, and proper application methods
• Ability to complete drywall patching, sanding, caulking, and minor surface repairs
• Experience working with trim, doors, cabinets, walls, ceilings, siding, decks, and exterior surfaces
• Ability to work safely on ladders and elevated surfaces
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to follow instructions and company standards
• Good time management and ability to stay productive throughout the workday
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate professionally with team members and customers

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with residential and commercial painting
• Experience using airless paint sprayers
• Experience with staining, sealing, and refinishing wood surfaces
• Experience with exterior siding, decks, fences, brick, stucco, or specialty surfaces
• Ability to lead small tasks or guide less experienced painters when needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own basic hand tools or painting tools

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand, bend, kneel, climb, lift, and work for extended periods
• Lift and carry paint, tools, ladders, and equipment
• Work indoors and outdoors in various conditions
• Climb ladders and work at heights safely
• Perform detailed work with steady hands and focus
