Product Development Program Manager

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic professional that leads and manages the successful launch of products across global markets by navigating regulatory, technical, and operational complexities, ensuring business continuity by managing strategic end‑of‑life product transitions with precision and urgency. Responsibilities Lead and manage geographical expansion programs in close collaboration with Marketing, Regulatory, Technical Communications, and Operations teams to launch products across global markets. Drive end‑of‑life program management, overseeing the strategic transition and replacement of legacy products within strict deadlines to ensure business continuity with minimal disruption. Leverage cross‑functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management. Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management, planning, project team, and line management. Manage the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services involving departmental or cross‑functional teams focused on delivery of new or existing products and processes. Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, assess issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Gather requirements, plan, elicit, and manage requirements to ensure they meet demands of key stakeholders. Communicate with stakeholders and obtain engagement to ensure end products or processes solve business problems. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. Nice to Have Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred. Risk management and data‑driven quality management systems knowledge. Experience in product development of drug delivery devices, preferably insulin delivery devices. Regulatory compliance knowledge (ISO, Medical Devices Regulations). Strong project management skills with experience executing against project contracts and best practices in process and project planning. Experience leading within matrix organizations requiring strong influence management skills. Experience working collaboratively at all levels in a matrix environment to build and maintain positive relationships required to accomplish organizational goals.
