Trainer, Client Learning FIS Global is seeking a Client Trainer to join our Learning Solutions team. About the role This position involves developing and delivering live training to financial institutions on FIS products, with a focus on Digital One Business. The role also includes collaborating with Instructional Designers to create self‑paced sessions and providing additional application and soft‑skills training as needed. What you will be doing As a Client Trainer you will conduct task‑based training for new conversions, mergers, acquisitions, refresher sessions and training of new or FIS employees on Digital One Business. Learn the application (Digital One Business) using recordings and existing materials. Create engaging presentations using standard marketing materials and templates. Update training guides as needed. Collaborate with team members and subject‑matter experts. Deliver courses, in person or virtually, based on project, expertise and availability. Demonstrate self‑motivation and direction. Work independently when necessary. The Ideal Candidate Strong presentation and course‑creation skills. Banking and/or Digital One Business banking experience. Affinity for teamwork and relationship building. Creative thinker excited to grow our learning solutions offerings. Looking to join our team and build a long‑term career with FIS. What you bring Strong, professional presentation skills. Ability to use Microsoft applications independently. Ability to learn applications from recordings and existing materials. Innovative ideas to engage and inspire learners. Strong collaboration skills. Conduct training needs assessments and design appropriate instructional strategies. Design, modify or develop instructional materials for multiple modalities. Deliver classroom or web‑based training with effective presentation and communication skills. Assess training outcomes through feedback and evaluation. Review system documentation to stay current on product changes. Develop and manage training bank content and parameters. Manage training projects: review statements of work, communicate with clients, schedule and travel planning, status and expense reporting, and issue resolution. Travel percentage for this role: 20%. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, adult education, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Thorough knowledge of FIS systems and products trained, and FIS procedures. Effective presentation, interpersonal, and adult education skills. Classroom management skills. Understanding of banking and financial services industries. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with technology and office automation tools. Customer service skills and client‑facing credibility. Teamwork and relationship‑building abilities. Strong time‑management, problem‑solving, project‑management, leadership, and negotiation skills.
