Director, Enterprise AI Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Enterprise AI Operations based in the United States. This is a high-impact enterprise transformation leadership role focused on operationalizing AI across a large, complex organization rather than building external products or experimental prototypes. You will be responsible for embedding AI directly into core business workflows spanning editorial, revenue, audience development, and internal operations. The role is centered on execution at scale—turning strategy into repeatable systems, driving adoption, and ensuring measurable business impact. You will work closely with executive leadership to define and implement an enterprise-wide AI operating model that improves efficiency, decision‑making, and output quality. A key part of your mandate is change management: enabling behavioral shifts across diverse teams and ensuring AI becomes a sustained, embedded capability rather than a set of optional tools. You will also establish governance, measurement frameworks, and operational standards to ensure responsible, scalable adoption. This is a leadership role for someone who excels at driving real organizational transformation in high‑visibility environments. Accountabilities Execute and operationalize enterprise AI strategy in close partnership with executive leadership Translate strategic AI priorities into scalable operational programs, workflows, and implementation plans Drive adoption of AI across Editorial, Revenue, Audience Development, and corporate functions Embed AI capabilities directly into existing business workflows and systems to ensure sustained usage Lead cross-functional change management initiatives to drive behavioral adoption at scale Build enablement systems, training programs, and operational playbooks to support workforce AI literacy Establish and maintain governance frameworks for responsible AI usage, including compliance, standards, and risk mitigation Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support deployment and integration of AI tools and platforms Develop measurement frameworks and dashboards to track adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact Define ROI and performance metrics for AI initiatives and communicate outcomes to senior leadership Evaluate and rationalize AI tooling across the organization to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy Lead vendor assessment, rollout planning, and enterprise‑wide implementation of AI solutions Build and lead a team focused on AI operations, enablement, and execution excellence Serve as the central leader for enterprise AI transformation initiatives across the organization Requirements 8–12+ years of experience in operations, transformation, strategy, program leadership, or platform roles Proven experience leading large-scale operational or organizational transformation initiatives Demonstrated success driving adoption of new systems, tools, or workflows across complex organizations Strong background in change management, including overcoming resistance and enabling behavioral shift at scale Experience designing operational frameworks, governance models, and scalable execution systems Ability to translate strategic direction into structured, measurable, and executable operational programs Strong cross‑functional leadership skills, with experience managing stakeholders at executive level Hands‑on experience applying AI/LLMs or automation tools in operational contexts is strongly preferred Data‑driven mindset with experience defining and tracking adoption, efficiency, and impact metrics Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align leadership and drive organizational clarity Experience in digital media, content‑driven businesses, or large‑scale knowledge organizations is a plus Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and tooling ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Vertex AI) is a plus Experience working with Legal, Compliance, or Risk teams on technology adoption is a plus Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high‑visibility, fast‑evolving environments Benefits Competitive base salary range of $180,000–$195,000 annually Remote‑friendly work environment (within eligible U.S. states) Opportunity to lead enterprise‑wide AI transformation at scale High‑visibility role working directly with executive leadershipStrong influence over how AI reshapes core business operations and workflows Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, and wellness coverage) Paid time off and standard company holidays Opportunity to build and lead a high‑impact AI operations function Exposure to large‑scale organizational transformation in a globally recognized media environment Professional environment focused on innovation, operational excellence, and measurable impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobgether
