What You'll Do:
- Perform routine and specialized MRI procedures for diverse patient populations
- Prepare patients, explain exam procedures, and provide patient education
- Verify physician orders and consult with radiologists as needed
- Adhere to MRI safety standards and protocols
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment, including calibration and safety checks
- Assist radiologists with MRI procedures when necessary
- Evaluate images for technical quality and report equipment issues to supervisors
- Follow departmental policies and safety procedures during all procedures
What You Need:
- Valid ARRT certification in MRI
- Proven experience performing MRI procedures
- Knowledge of MRI safety standards and patient positioning
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
