Leading the strategy and execution of paid digital marketing campaigns, the remote Media Director - Cross Channel, Digital Paid Media will manage client relationships, oversee significant media budgets, and drive customer acquisition initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive paid digital media strategies aligned with organizational goals Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring KPIs are met Manage monthly and annual media budgets, presenting recommendations to executive leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 8-12+ years of digital marketing experience with 5+ years managing paid media teams and budgets Deep expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Advertising, and Display and Video Advertising Strong analytical and financial expertise with experience presenting to senior executives Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance
