Cult of Coquette is an established, fast-growing women's footwear brand specializing in statement-making, luxury vegan shoes. We're looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced freelance Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to help us build, manage, and grow our in-house influencer and brand ambassador program.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an influencer marketing program, develop meaningful creator partnerships, and help drive measurable revenue growth.

About the Role

We're seeking someone who has hands-on experience managing influencer gifting, affiliate programs, and creator relationships.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our influencer program, managing day-to-day operations, tracking performance, and continuously identifying opportunities for growth.

We're not necessarily looking for someone with an extensive influencer network. We're looking for someone who understands how successful influencer programs operate and knows how to build the systems that make them work.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Affiliate Program Development

• Help structure and grow our in-house influencer and ambassador program.
• Develop onboarding processes, commission structures, gifting guidelines, and creator incentives.
• Manage our affiliate platform and maintain accurate creator records.
• Identify opportunities to improve participation, engagement, and affiliate sales.

Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management

• Research and identify influencers who align with our brand.
• Manage influencer outreach, gifting opportunities, and ongoing communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new creators.
• Develop strategies to encourage repeat collaborations and long-term partnerships.

Gifting & Campaign Coordination

• Coordinate influencer gifting orders with our internal fulfillment team.
• Track shipments, deliveries, and creator follow-ups.
• Monitor content creation and posting schedules.
• Organize and maintain influencer-generated content for potential marketing use, including tracking usage permissions.

Affiliate Management & Performance Tracking

• Manage affiliate onboarding, links, discount codes, and commission structures.
• Track influencer performance, conversions, and attributed sales.
• Maintain organized reporting and tracking systems.
• Identify top-performing creators and opportunities to scale successful partnerships.
• Provide regular performance updates and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships.
• Previous experience working with a fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand preferred.
• Experience coordinating influencer gifting and managing creator relationships.
• Familiarity with Shopify and affiliate marketing platforms.
• Experience with Social Snowball, Awin, ShopMy, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple creator relationships and campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and establish efficient processes.
• Understanding of influencer marketing metrics, affiliate conversions, and performance reporting.

We especially welcome candidates who have previously worked at influencer marketing agencies or supported established creator programs and are ready to take ownership of a brand's influencer marketing operations.

Position Details

• Remote, freelance/independent contractor
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week initially
• Flexible working hours
• Opportunity for expanded responsibilities as the program grows

• Initial paid trial period with the potential for an ongoing partnership
