Vice President of Marketing (Austin)

• In this role, you will own the marketing strategy and execution to drive Torch’s brand awareness and growth for our existing marketplace solution and new products that we are launching in 2026 and 2027
• You will interface with stakeholders across departments to create a cohesive brand voice and lead impactful demand generation initiatives
• This professional should strategically approach Torch’s market positioning and has the mandate to implement high-ROI solutions across a variety of channels to scale our acquisition efforts
• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy of Torch’s marketplace and new products to drive growth and brand awareness:
• Manage, hire and mentor a best-in-class marketing team that is customer and data obsessed
• Own and optimize marketing KPIs and budget allocation across all channels
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Operations to drive demand and customer acquisition
• Spearhead brand positioning and communication initiatives that resonate with our customers
