Test Analyst

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Salesforce & nCino Test Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise banking transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for validating complex business processes across Salesforce, nCino, and integrated banking platforms to ensure quality, performance, and data integrity throughout the implementation lifecycle.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented testing professional who enjoys analyzing requirements, identifying risks, executing end-to-end testing, and partnering with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Hybrid-Onsite 3 days/week

What You'll Do
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and technical requirements
• Perform end-to-end testing across Salesforce, nCino, and integrated banking applications
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and project objectives
• Analyze requirements and specifications to identify gaps, ambiguities, and potential risks
• Design and maintain traceability matrices to ensure complete test coverage
• Execute manual test cases and document results, findings, and defects
• Perform regression testing to validate that new changes do not impact existing functionality
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify unexpected behaviors and edge cases
• Validate defect fixes and perform retesting activities
• Support integration testing with external systems including document management platforms, core banking systems, and third-party credit solutions
• Manage and maintain test documentation, scripts, logs, and regression test packs
• Facilitate defect triage activities and collaborate with development teams to drive timely issue resolution
• Perform risk-based testing and prioritize testing efforts based on business impact
• Create detailed testing reports and provide insights into quality, test coverage, and overall application readiness
• Support data validation and testing activities related to data migration and transformation initiatives

What You'll Need
• Experience in software quality assurance and manual testing
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and defect documentation
• Experience performing end-to-end, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to analyze requirements and validate business processes
• Experience conducting risk-based testing and prioritizing testing activities accordingly

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of Salesforce testing experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications
• 1-2+ years of experience testing nCino platform modules, preferably within commercial lending environments
• Experience testing commercial banking, lending, underwriting, loan origination, or financial services workflows
• Experience validating data migration and data transformation efforts between legacy systems and Salesforce/nCino platforms
• Familiarity with database structures and data validation tools such as Redgate
• Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments
• Ag Lending experience is a plus
