- Assess the mental health status of adolescent patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and provide patient education.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family members to coordinate care.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and facility policies.
- Valid RN license with at least 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience.
- Proven ability to assess and manage behavioral health symptoms in adolescents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of psychiatric medications and therapeutic techniques.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
